By using the ArticleFlow application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

ArticleFlow is an AI platform for generating and optimizing textual content. We provide tools that help users create articles, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or uniqueness of every generated text without human review.

3. Account and Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. ArticleFlow is not liable for any damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

• The Service is charged according to the selected plan (Starter, Pro, Agency).
• Payments are monthly and automatically renew until the subscription is canceled.
• A refund is possible within 7 days of the first payment if you are not satisfied with the service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content you generate using ArticleFlow belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your texts. The application itself, code, design, and branding are the property of the ArticleFlow platform.

6. Prohibited Use

It is forbidden to use the service to generate illegal, offensive content or for any activities that violate international regulations or local laws.

7. Disclaimer

ArticleFlow is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or continuously available.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. By continuing to use the service after changes, you accept the new terms.
